TERMS AND CONDITIONS

❗ORDER POLICY

• By placing a claim or order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
• Please be 100% sure before placing a claim or order.
• Cancellations, backing out, or changes are not allowed once the Order Confirmation (OC) has been sent.
• Any cancellation made after the OC has been sent will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total order amount.
• If you fail to respond, complete payment, or provide updates within three (3) days, you may be tagged or posted as a joy or bogus buyer.

⚠️ BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

• If the original seller is proven to be a scammer, no refund will be given unless the seller issues a refund, and any refund will only be processed after it is received.
• No refunds will be given for pasabuy or assistance services.
• No refunds will be given for change of mind or delays beyond the seller’s control.
• While I verify suppliers, all transactions are still at the buyer’s own risk.
• I am not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier once the item has been shipped.

💸 PAYMENTS

• Late payments will be charged a fee of ₱50 per day for each item.
• Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment has been completed.
• If payment is not completed, the order may be canceled without refund of the downpayment.

📦 SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Rush shipping requests are not allowed.
• Available delivery methods are J&T Express and Same-Day Delivery (subject to availability).
• I will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the buyer.

📌 STORAGE & FORFEITS

• Items will only be stored for up to one (1) month after arrival.
• Unpaid or unclaimed items may be shipped out automatically, with or without prior notice.
• No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be given for forfeited items.

💬 FINAL REMINDER

• Buyers are expected to be patient, responsible, and respectful at all times.
• Delays may happen due to factors beyond my control, such as logistics or supplier issues.
• Placing an order means that you fully agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
